Adapter for attaching the ZWOEAF to the Lacerta 72/432 Apo

For older versions of the Lacerta Apo, the entire microfocus knob including planetary gear is disassembled,
To do this, loosen the grub screw to the focus shaft through the service hole on the focus shaft housing, and remove the grub screw holding the planetary gear completely.
The remaining thread is used to attach the La72EAF adapter to the focus shaft housing.

On the latest version, the coarse focus knob is removed. There is also an M4 thread on the coarse focus side where the La72EAF can be attached.
